Workplace first aid requirements
In Uganda, workplace first aid is governed by Occupational Safety and Health Act, No. 9 of 2006, administered by Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. Employers must ensure a trained first aider is available at all times.
