如果您在Uganda经营或管理工作场所——办公室、商店、工地或工厂——法律要求您在员工中配备足够的受训急救员，以便在紧急情况下随时救助同事。
雇主的义务——为救助同事
工作场所急救并非一种职业资格：这是雇主的义务，即根据员工人数和风险等级指定并培训足够的急救员，使得同事受伤时有人能立即施救。具体人数和规定取决于Uganda适用的法规。
Uganda的法律要求
需要多少名指定急救员？
The employer must provide a first-aid room or, failing that, a compliant and readily accessible first-aid box; above 150 persons employed, an additional box is required for every further 50 persons. This is a general duty of provision; the person in charge must be trained.
Uganda通过国家立法管理职业健康与安全，要求雇主在工作场所提供急救。
The Act prescribes neither a syllabus nor a delivery mode; online theory combined with a practical assessment is accepted for the person in charge of first aid.

- The first-aid box or room must be kept in charge of a trained person available during working hours.
- Employers must conduct annual occupational safety and health audits.
